I have been very excitedly getting ready for Me-Made-May, which starts THIS SATURDAY!!! So, why did I buy a new outfit yesterday??? I plead insanity.I stopped at Sears last night to return something that I had ordered from Lands End, and next to the cash register, they had a clearance rack where everything was $1.99! I found this awesome gray tiered skirt and gray cardigan with red/black cheetah spots--- each for $1.99! I just couldn't pass them up!
Also, below is the first sewing project that I've done for my hubby in quite some time. His favorite shorts needed a lot of work to get them ready for the summer. I had to put in 2 patches, and then completely revamp this pocket. It had 2 huge holes in it! Now, he can finally use that pocket again. Hooray! It feels good to be able to mend clothes.
That's a nice outfit, I'm especially loving that belt, where did you get it!
